Delete account

You can request deletion of your account and associated data by completing this form. We will process your request within a reasonable time and reply by email.

Once approved, we will delete or anonymize the information linked to your RecordaMed account, including profile, settings, and associated usage data.

Some data may be retained temporarily when required for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, or defense against claims.

Estimated processing time: up to 15 calendar days after identity validation of the request.
